INITIAL CONSULTATION

It all begins with a 30-minute call with founder and jeweller, Guillaume. Whether you’ve got a clear idea or just a spark of inspiration, we’ll talk through your vision, answer questions, and guide you through what’s possible.

SOURCING & SKETCHES

We’ll begin sourcing your dream centre stone. A £150 retainer fee is credited at this stage (towards your final piece). From rare cuts to unique gemstones, we’ll find something truly special for you — view in person at our Chelsea showroom or virtually, wherever you are.

CONFIRMING DESIGN

Once your stone is chosen, we’ll get to work creating a 3D design using CAD technology. This is where your vision really comes to life. You’ll be part of the process, making sure every detail feels just right.

Please note: We’ll take a 50% deposit at this stage.

PRODUCTION

Once your stones have been selected and the final design has been approved, we can begin the process of making your ring locally, here in the UK.

Your piece should take approximately 6-8 working weeks before it’s ready to be yours.

DELIVERY

We’ll let you know as soon as your jewellery is ready. You’re welcome to collect it from our Chelsea showroom, or we can send it via secure courier - wherever you are in the world.

Please note: The final payment is due before delivery or collection.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

There is a minimum spend of £5,000 for all bespoke orders.

Bespoke orders take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to complete from your free initial bespoke consultation to the delivery of your fine jewellery piece.

For engagement rings, we recommend waiting until you’ve received and approved the finished piece before planning your proposal.
