Terms and Conditions and Repair Policy


We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all our creations so you can buy with confidence.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This warranty covers breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or craft where the breakage occurs within a year from date of purchase. We will repair, or at our option, replace any defective pieces with the same or comparable piece.

Beyond the one-year period, depending on the circumstance of damage and taking into account a reasonable expectation of deterioration from the length of time the jewellery has been worn, we will be happy to repair or rework the item upon request. A charge is sometimes required where components or gemstones need to be replaced, and this will be individually quoted before works are carried out.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from neglect, abuse, misuse, loss or theft of your Stapylton-Smith products.

This warranty does not cover any stones that were not sourced or supplied by us, including heirloom stones that have been repurposed.

Info on how to properly care and maintain your jewellery is provided at time of purchase and available to view on our website.

Any third-party alterations or adjustments to the product will void this warranty.
